Policies

Cancellation / Rescheduling

Notify us via phone at least 3 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a €20 per scheduled hour fee. Unpaid fees block future bookings or walk-ins. If we’re closed, email or DM us.

Adjusting treatment

Call 3+ hours in advance to request changes. Late changes may need rescheduling or a stylist switch.

Booking add-ons

Pre-book add-ons (e.g., nail art, polish removal). Cancelling appointment because of missed add-ons = no-show policy applies.

Infills from other studios

Refills accepted but not guaranteed for quality. Working on another studio's set can cause lifting, breaks, or adhesion issues. Example: For best durability, we recommend starting fresh with our studio. No refills on BIAB from other studios.

Gel Polish

Reapply every 2 weeks for best results. Chips/tears are normal wear. Example: We use gentle, soak-off CND gel, avoiding harsh products that damage nails. For strengthening, try BIAB or Solar Powder.

Customer Satisfaction

Report issues immediately; delays void guarantees. Example: If your nails chip on the 3rd after a 1st appointment, inform us right away. If you wait until the 30th, the guarantee no longer applies.
